What happens after I get in touch?
We ring you back, ask a few questions and book a time to come and look. After the visit you get a written price. There is no charge and no obligation.
Can I send photos first?
Yes. Mention it in the form and we will give you a number to send them to. A photo of each wall from across the road and a close-up of any damage is ideal.
Do I need to be in for the visit?
It helps, especially if we need to see the back. If all the walls can be reached from outside, we can look while you are at work and ring you after.
How soon could you start?
It depends on the time of year and how busy we are. The quote gives you a realistic start date.
